#4 bubbros-1.6.2.tar.gz contains CVSs and .cvsignores

bubbros-1.6.2.tar.gz contains many CVS directories and .cvsignore files. They weren’t present in previous source tar.gzs. They are not useful to software users and packagers and can be getting in their way. Please consider leaving those files out of the next release tarball.
