#17 Radio problems

I have problems with receiving radio.
It works, but onless I take some special steps, I only
hear noise.

I have a Hauppauge WinTV PCI-FM card.
OS is win2000pro
driver 5.3.6-1

I use AMCap 2.72 as the application.

When I start amcap, it is tuned to the TV channel 4.
Then I open the Tuner dialog, switch to Radio mode and
enter the frequency of a radio channel and click OK.
But all I hear is noise.

If I switch back to TV and then repeat everything to set
radio, but with a 5 second pause between each step,
then it finally works.

When I make a step ( like "open the tuner dialog ), the
sound ( noise ) disappears, the it appears back after a
few seconds. If I go on to next step without waiting for
the sound to come back, then it will not work correctly
( the radio channel will not be correctly tuned ).

I experience this problem since many versions of the
driver.
