#4 filter based on name of file

Hi

I just tried yout your software, and I found that is not
very usable for me, and for that matter to anyone who wants
to change text in files whose names are conforming to
certain filters. Currently your program supports only file
name extensions as filters. Although you have a name filter
for file exclusion, why not give the same possibility for
file inclusion?
