.17 got a problem with python 2.3

u should read on the cvs page how to check out a cvs vers.

i got .18 and xgie has fixed the incompatibality with python 2.3
xmlrpc (the daemon/remote problem)

so do a cvs checkout of btqueue, and remove anything before u do it in
ur $home/btqueue dir...

so u get a fresh cvs...

and i dont use the setup.py.. i just chmoded all files 777... works
like a charm..

allways had bad luck with setup.py so i do it manually..
