I used the gset command as "btqueue.py gset max_upload_rate 5" (to set the
limit to 5k). But when I query the daemon, I see that one of the torrents
is uploaded at a 9-10k range (the others none). Am I doing something wrong?
How should I send the gset command?

Btw; when I set with gset, are these set permanently or should they be
re-done every time btqueue.py is fired up as a daemon? I looked into
.btqueue/ directory but couldn't find a file where the program could have
written these options.
