#1 bt_split_name with all commas causes crash

calling dumpnames on the following file causes a crash at
names.c:851:

@misc{foo,
Author = {,,,,}}

the four commas seems to be messing up bt_split_names.

I'm looking into it, but I'd appreciate any help.
