#109 Re-create old subdomain redirects

Looks like some subdomain redirects we had set up were nuked during the btmux.com domain transfer. Since these are used all over the wiki, it's probably best to restore them, as it'd improve a big chunk of the BTMux wiki immediately.

I can't remember if these were pointed at the apache server for redirection or if I was just using the registrar's redirect stuff. Here are the pages that each subdomain point to, though:
