during compiling Smart BootManager 3.7.1 , i get an errors like

i am using NASM version 0.98.39 and suse 9.3 as operatimg system.
with an older version suse, i think 6.4 , i was able to compile the source.

Same problem here with nasm 0.99.01. Don't know the solution.
