#21 BTAdd programatically stopped

I am looking at creating an RSS feed reader in perl for
sites like those that produce suprnova feeds, and then
flagging certain torrents for automatic download. A
similar plugin exists for Azureus and I was looking for
a project.

The documentation I could find seemed a little out of
date. It looks like BTAdd.py will do the adding from
the command line, but is there a way to add the
torrent, but not have it start until manual
intervention. If not I can look at creating a list at
a web level so that I can decide which torrents to
download, given that the selection criteria may not be
perfect.
