#20 max_upload_rate by BTM 1.3.3

you remember, "building on sparc 64" by BTM 1.99.4 :)

I use at the moment BTM 1.3.3 and would bring the "max_upload_rate"
gladly to function ;) Do you have an idea, why that does not fold? I
know, one can add torrents per WebUI and define the max. upload rate
manually. Then I have however a problem with the tracker, which require
HTTP passwort authentication:

1003: rejected by tracker - Unrecognized host (x.x.x.x). Please go to
xxx to sign-up or login.

So I cannot download anything, only evenly by web browser, there
however with too few upload :(

For your assistance I would be grateful.

Okay, the problem with the "bad" tracker is now solved - torrents should be
added by WebUI only if one is logged in on the tracker with the web browser at
the same time:) Then also the adjusted max. upload rate is correct.

However, the variable max_upload_rate from .BTManagerrc still does not work
;)
