I'm a C++ developer and I've used wxWindows/wxPython. I take it that you are switching from wxPython to PyFltk. When you are done I would be interested in hearing your comments? Are you switching because of size?

I switched to FLTK as my favourite toolkit because it's the only really free, multi-platform toolkit besides wxWindows.
Why not wx, then ? Well, I hate it. Really. I've done some low-level Win32 GUI programming and wxWindows evokes bad memories :)
The problem is that FLTK 1.x has the same kind of limitations than wx. FLTK 2.x will be a really great thing, though. Hope it's released soon...
