#23 Serious resource management problems

I added about 7 torrents to be downloaded, after a
while the whole server locked up, responding to nothing
but ping.
This is a server that has been up for the last two years.

I am pretty sure it hit some cap regarding memory
allocation/sockets/files.
Hope you understand if I cannot test btmanager any further.

You could take a look at the ctorrent project to see
how they've solved various resource management issues.
