Here is the first wiznews.txt I've turned out. This
will require you to enable the PARSE_WIZNEWS define in
config.c (I think). If you have any additions, direct
em to greg@spunge.zzn.com

Thanx. I need some time to read all this through, but I've
already seen a number of things I'd like changed. I'll email
you my additions rather than checking in a modified version,
so we can keep this a single version, but it'll be a few
days at least before you can expect it.

Others are free to comment too, of course :)

    Hey,

Overall, looks like a great job and very useful to new admins. I
scanned it quickly and I'll just add some brief comments here:

hangars creating: You may want to note that you can actually
add those values together to get one flag. It may not be obivious
to someone who's not a coder.

hangars quickref: Is step 11 supposed to be blank?

    reference admin: typo: 'pilotting'

There we go, fixed the mentioned problems and did a few
various updates to bring it in line with the most recent release
of the source. Note that you have to turn on the wiznews
parsing in config.h for this to work right, but it's well worth it!
