#26 @log/logf in wizhelp.txt and help.txt
I have documented @log and logf in wizhelp.txt and
help.txt that are enclosed. These are the standard text
files that are included with the base dist so the only
differences are what I added.
I also added news to the main index of wizhelp.txt and
wiznews to the index of wizhelp.txt, issue help or
wizhelp by itself and that'll make more sense.
@log is in wizhelp and logf is in help so as not to
complicate things by scattering the functions accross
multiple files.
