Incomplete XCODE types

I noticed there were some XCODE types that were
in....crappy shape :) Especially chargen and mech
customization. I don't think the chargen would require
a huge amount of work, but that'd be great to have so
MUXs wouldn't have to use archtypes or scode a system
like the hcoded one. I'm still really in the midst of
learning C, otherwise I'd do it. But until then, maybe
someone else could.

Both CHARGEN and CUSTOM are heavily out of date, and much,
much easier done in softcode (which is exactly why they are
out of date.) The 'coolmenu' system is cute, but doesn't
allow for customization and can be very confusing for
newbies. Not quite what you want in a chargen system.
I'd rather see 'proper' chargen in scode, donated to the
example MUX and/or provided as @dump output. But if someone
decides to bring these or other xtype's up to date, fine by me.
