#25 Chained ammo booms not causing concheck

Suffered 4 ammo crits in a row that eventually cored and
killed the mech. No con check were made and no pilot
damage was taken. 4 ammo crits should have killed the
pilot (8 pdamage). Could be a timing issue... ammo
booms on non-shutdown mechs may not be getting
counted.
