#11 Update notification

It would be nice to have some kind of notification when there's an program update ready to be downloaded. Maybe have the bot check a txt file that contains the current latest version on Sourceforge every hour or day. If the users version number is different than the one in the txt file then trigger a popup saying there's a new version of the bot..etc. The user could then click on a link in the popup to go to the web page and download the bot themselves.

I'd make this optional though. Some people like using old software lol.

This is done, and is available in new version. but I am changing everything
and things are messy in here! so release of next version may take some time.
