#30 Auto char login

Perhaps it could also be added to have 2 extra fields
in the Add New Host window (Char username and Char
password), as per Thud-1.2.149D-Frontiers by Hikaru.
(This version was released mainly to handle the 'new'
desert terrain that was on a map months ago)

This would allow a user login a char automatically
simply by hitting shift-1 instead of typing "connect
username password" everytime.
