#21 text flow up the page

When reading the introduction for a room or what not, I need the page to remain static so I can read the text. BUT when new information comes along the main THUD window automatically jumps to the bottom of the page. Which is a little bit of a problem. It becomes a major problem when there is a large amount of traffic.

Can you change it so that when I've scrolled back up it does not jump to the bottom, and when I am at the bottom it continues to scroll down with the new text.
