#2 Won't in stall
After trying to reload your program serveral time I keep
getting the same message, it list 1st the installed
directory which is c:\program files\babya group
software\babya systems 2004\bdesktop.exe. The the
error message : This application has failed to start
because the application configuration is incorrect. It
then advises to try reinstalling this software to get it to
work. That isn't working either. Any suggestions??? I
am currently running Windows XP 2nd edition

OK, go to c:\program files\babya group
software\babya systems 2004 and delete bdesktop.exe
manifest . It will run then-I have tried this on a XP system
and it works without bdesktop.exe manifest . Reply back if
you can now run it without bdesktop.exe manifest without
any problems
