With Babya AU Host, users can access all of their Mac's Audio Unit plugins, whether from a 3rd-party or by Apple.

Babya Firestorm is a fascinating graphics tool, capable of generating images based on a few user-defined settings. Whilst webGobbler takes a largely random approach to image generation, Firestorm is designed to create particle effects that have a distinctly volcanic look to them.

The first thing you need to do is select one of the options from the Palettes drop-down menu - Fire is the most realistic of these, but it's worth toying around with the various options. It's also possible to create your own palettes, though this is a rather fiddly process. Also new to version 9 is Babya bDownload-a handy and easy to use download manager and will be bundeled with Babya System 12.3 and available separately. Also being released as part of Babya System 12.3 is a new version of Wav2MP3 Wizard-Babya Edition, the Babya System WAV to MP3/Ogg Vorbis encoder- version 2 now support 3 encoder-LAME, BladeEnc and Ogg Vorbis and now has several predefined conversion profiles.
