#3 HTML support

hi, i'm an old user of BSI load maker 4.0.7. I've always
used only the Step1. Instead of using Step2, i replace
the Index1.html with another html with the movie info,
so i dont have to manually type all the data
On lastest versions of BSIloadmaker, there isnt any more
any html i can replace.
Could you make an option to use an HTML instead of
your loader thing???
