#2 Samples Setup reference to passwordfiles

The Setup refers to cvs.properties within the passwordfiles directory. That directory is empty and the cvs.properties file is actually in the properties directory. I would recommend removing the passwordfiles directory.
There is also a reference to a .cvspass file which does not exist anywhere. Using a local cvs repository is recommended which does not require a password. However, where should the .cvspass file go if we are trying out the samples on a cvs pserver? The documentation should address that.
