BrowserLauncher2 version 1.0 released

BrowserLauncher2 is a library that facilitates openning a browser from a Java application and directing the browser to a supplied url. This release adds support for additional browsers on Linux and Windows, simplifies the API by moving threading inside the library, and improves the browser detection algorithms on Windows.
