BrowserLauncher2 version 1.0 rc4 released

BrowserLauncher2 is a library that facilitates openning a browser from a Java application and directing the browser to a supplied url. This release adds support for SunOS, corrects problems with Windows 98 support, and adds support for dynamic browser detection on the Windows platform.
