Yes. The registry and regedit are still there, but the UAC (new security stuff) will either refuse access to regedit or if you have "elevated privilages" will popup a dialog EVERY time regedit is accessed. This security warning is a problem on Vista.

Has anybody been using this on Vista?
It does not detect IE.
If running an app with JNPL you get some ugly warnings from the UAC about running regedit.
Just wondering if this will be addressed anytime soon.

Can you help me with this one. I sent an email to your account on sourceforge but I never got a response.
I have some ideas on how to fix this problem but I don't have access to a Vista box.
Does Vista install applications in C:\Program Files? The same as Win XP?
Also, please run the test application that comes with BrowserLauncher2-all. I need to know the name Java uses for the OS.
