#428 ad block: look at using brave's ad block engine combined with easylist and easyprivacy

the adblock regular expressions we've used for the last 5 years have been highly effective, and until recently fast.

Recently the 3rd regex is noticeably slow on first use on MacOS. I've removed it for now.

I'm not considering using a new method for blocking that replaces all these regexes.
