#1 Proxy error

I got the following message when I try to see CVS:

"Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an
upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request
GET /viewcvs.py/broadcasttvxml.

Reason: Max-Forwards has reached zero - proxy loop?"

Please, help resolve this problem.
