#375 Simple csg parser prototype

Hi,

This is the simple patch that we've discussed that can parse "group() {" and print a message in the output file. I'll continue expanding this grammar, hopefully faster. My plan is to parse group(){ "some content" } and imbricate levels.

Would it be possible to make a version of this patch that applies cleanly to the current brlcad trunk? When I try this version I get some rejections in the perplex input file.

I don't know why the first one did not apply well but I made a new patch that applies cleanly on the current brlcad trunk (at least on my machine). Hope it works this time.
