Definition and implementation of Application class for the 3D Geometry Editor, for Rt^3 module. Still WIP, mostly being the example App coming with RBGui.
The class should probably extend the Utility::Application class instead of creating another, with the generic portions pushed up into that class, but it looks good to me regardless. Cheers!
