Hi, I just installed BrlCAD on Solaris 10 and have found that mged segfaults with the vars command. The version is 7.4, I'm wondering if I need to compile a later version? Does the project have access to a Solaris 10 sparc development environment to compile binaries? I may be able to offer a zone with full root access and ssh login if someone wants to make the latest version available for Solaris 10 in binary format. Regards, Peter. |

Peter, Are you still seeing this problem with the latest sources? I can't reproduce the segfault here using 7.12.3. There has since been an update of the Solaris binaries and it should be back into our regular supported platform rotation sometime later this year. Cheers!
