#87 bot_decimate creates topologically bad objects

The existing bot_decimate command can easily create primitives where left and right sides of the object suddenly inter-penetrate. The resultant primitive does not correctly raytrace. We need to be able to decimate BoT primitives in a topologically consistent way.
