#16 Solids unselectable when Geometry window is resized

unexpected behavior

When selecting primitives for editing using the Prim Illum (old GUI)
or 's' Hot Key in the Geometry window, when the Geometry
window is resized to a rectangular shape with the width greater
than the height the solids at the bottom and the top of the window
cannot be selected. In this selection mode, the Geometry window
is divided into horizontal 'bands' for each primitive displayed based
on the window size, which is defined as the Geometry window
Seems that a good fix would be to tie the value used to set up the
selection 'bands' to the smaller of the Geometry window

This bug has been fixed in the current CVS and will be in the next binary
release. Now the illumination selection will handle windows that are not
square, whether they be wide or very tall, without leaving large empty
    zones or unselectable objects.
