#5 Lightweight filter selection should be per emulation

The integration of Houvilainen non-linear ladder filters demanded considerably more horsepower and that led to the introduction of the -lwf lightweight (Chamberlain) filter selections. The option is however global as an engine switch which is not really desirable.

The correct implementation would be to migrate it to the GUI and have it send an NRP at startup to the specific emulator requesting a filter type (defaulting to Houvilainens). This would allow for the warmer fatter filters for monophonic lead instruments and the larger voice counts for the backing emulators.

The -lwf option is now per emulation. The existing option has been renamed as -glwf for global lightweight filters. Neither option is a default.
