#13 Option to override automatic Jack connections

This topic came up on LAU and it made the very good point that whilst auto-connect is a nice feature it should not always be applied. At the moment bristol will always connect to the first Jack outputs when requested to connect with Jack, this was to emulate the more archaic ALSA interface however there are too many possible instances where this is not desirable so minimally an override needs to be available.

    This will be in the 0.30.9 stream. No autoconnect, '-autoconn' will still allow it for what it is worth.
