Hi, I would like to suggest to open a new way to exchange diverse patches of the synths in bristol. I think lots of users would appreciate to exchange patches, they developed with other bristol users.
By the way - bristol is really cool!

    Hi Harold,

Agreed that is a good idea. It is not too difficult to exporta patch, not to import them. The main change would be the ability to POST them to A stretch goal would be to have the upload from the GUI, probably froma shim script.

    Regards, nick

      Hi Nick,

would be a great idea to do this directly from the GUI....
But I have some newbie-questions/ideas as well:
      - how can I load/save e.g. a dedicated .mem file into the emulation ?
      - is it possible to transfer patch data via sysex file into the appropriate emulation ?
      - perhaps integrate the import/export of sound patches into the gui
      - when will the mk-20 be functional `

Lots of questions... I know ....

Thanks again for bristol, please keep on...
      Greetz Harald

P.S: I'm dealing with the idea of founding a yahoo group dedicated to bristo. Perhaps we'll get lots of feedback and ressources from users there ? Do you agree ?
