#78 juno: progChng will flip from target mem back to zero

When changing the memory it flips to the target memory for a fraction of a second then flips back to zero. Cause appears to be the GUI and is probably related to radio button logic.

    Resolved a buffer offset issue in libbristolmidi/interface.c that caused some messages to extend by one byte and leading to this issue. Only occured on some messages due to the different paths through the midi library.

    Buffer offset error in 0.60 stream, fixed in 0.60.4
