#5 Audio flags for jack interface are damaged

The engine supports several ways to define the audio interface flags and then groups these into preset definitions. The option '-jack' should configure the required flags for the jackd interface however this no longer works. May have been damaged during the changes to register separate names for the Brighton and Bristol interfaces. That is only conjecture as those changes were primarily in the midi library.

    The flag now works. It was never actually broken however the autotools installation procedures mean the binaries are now located elsewhere and the startup scripts had to take account of the new locations for a couple of preemptive checks that were done for library availability testing.
    This will be in the next upload.
