User permissions, even something as simple as
admin
normal
guest

This way you could alow sharing on a couple of diffenrt
ways. allowing a guest user account, in the admin
section make checkboxes next to the plugins that said
user would be able to view but not modify. normal users
are just that, non admin users, this way you could make
a sharing option on all the plugins, then either allow
it to be shared, with :
1)No one.
2)Admin user
3)All normal users
4)A choosen normal user
5)Guest users

this mod should be fairly simple most of the code and
function is already there. The framework has a good flow.
