#3 StringView Button Does Not Work

There is currently a strange bug, one of the buttons
(btnStringViewControl) does not function.

It's really weird. All the code looks good, yet it doesn't
register when you click on it -- only in the top left hand
corner or right hand corner from memory.

It's like a hotspot of about 2x2 pixels ... like I said, it's
weird.
