I would love to see the addition of folders in the file contents pane in an upcoming release. I often design very large models that incorporate many sub-assemblies (i.e. models) and thousands of individual bricks. The file contents pane becomes cluttered very quickly, and I sometimes find it difficult to navigate.

Having folders would allow the user to group related sub-assemblies, and allow him to show/hide them by clicking the disclosure triangle.
