#13 Better part search

I think searching for parts could be improved.
1. Non-exact matches. It annoys me how searching for two words will only show parts with those words *in that order* in the title.
2. Keywords. Most part files have a line beginning with 0!KEYWORDS that contains descriptive words. The search box should use these as well as the part title.
