#5 USB Problem with BrickOS and XP

Hey All,

I'm attempting to download BrickOS to my computer
which is running windows XP.

I'm trying to download the brickOS.srec onto the RCX
controller. Now I know I have tp specify that I'm using
a USB COnnection so I type in:

export RCXTTY=USB

and then I try to download the brickOS.srec onto my
controller and I'm told that it cannot make a connection
with the USB Port.

When I try this and attempt to make my connection with
the following command line

./firmdl3 --tty=usb ../boot/brickOS.srec

I recieve the following error:

Error 2: Opening \\.\legotower1

Does anybody know what this means and how I can fix
this so I can use BrickOS?

Did you install the drivers for the USB tower. The drivers
are supplied with the Windows version of the Lego software.
