Brewnix currently does US gallons and litres. UK
gallons are slightly larger (I don't know why). It'd be
nice to have the option for UK gallons (1 UK gallon =
1.2 US gallons). AFAIK, the difference only exists for
liquid measures, so lbs and oz are the same.
