Hello 
welcome to installing brender
you will need a apache mysql phph server, on which to install the database (file database_brender.sql) 
copy the all file on your Apache DocumentRoot, this folder will be your brenderRoot
you will need a network drive access to brenderRoot for all client nodes
the server needs to run ./brender_server.php
every client runs a command "./brender_client.php conffile" per exemple : "./brender_client rendernode1"
conffile is the name of the computer node (in the client table of the db), as well as the .conf file in the conf folder
you can edit the .conf file for setting the path to your local blender installation. 
that should be it, i think.
you will need to tweek the database to reflect your installation and computer names, as well as check for the uploading, and all the paths (including to your render outputs and .blend input files)
i know it is a bit messy, but this is just a release of in-house installation, a bit hard to make it available on all pipelines, sorry for it.
