Updated patch - this one implements the full 32-255 characters from RiscOS 3.11. In the low-bit set, note that RiscOS follows newer conventions by putting the £ sign on 0xA3 and ` on 0x60, the BBC Micro and BBC Master (which was used for the 32-126 patch posted yesterday) puts the pound at 0x60 (which my patch mirrored at 0xA3).
