Program crash on start-up (Windows 7)

Display driver crashes (ATI/AMD) and recovers. Background sound also stops when starting the program. There is nothing on the log file "brainworkshop.exe.log". The process lingers in task manager and has to be stopped there.
Try updating your display driver. Brain Workshop uses OpenGL, and OpenGL is sometimes buggy on Windows Vista and later. We've heard of several strange graphics issues on Vista and 7 that have been fixed with a driver update, so this might be another one of them.
Anyway, the problems you're reporting don't sound like anything that a bug in our code could cause. Brain Workshop shouldn't have any way to affect sound played by other programs. If it does, that's an OS or driver bug.
