First I want to tell you that I like brainstamp.
It is a nice little tool. And - even after just
a few tries - I think I am faster with it then
with less & co. And I am definitly not skipping as
much of the text as I do with the first ;-)
I just have one feature: The delay between word
switches is OK for 98% of all words, but I have to
stop for long words (like e-mail addresses). How
about displaying those "words" longer then shorter
ones?
I just thought about something else: Could you map
the hotkeys to more intuitivly found places? Maybe
to the cursor-keys (left=forward, right=backward,
down = stop, up = begin of text) and PageUp/Down.
You could improve that scheme by just going back to
the first <Hx> tag in HTML-files on a cursor-up.
Well, these were just myrandom thoughts, maybe
you like them:-)
Regards,
Tobias

;-) Thanx for cool subject!
May be I will make a tool for drop emails and urls into separate window I think. And link 'em directly to mail client and browser.;)
But your idea is also a good one. I will make a new keybindings and long word control policy in next release.
