Tools to perform very fast incremental backups with powerful file selection capability, and ability to split backup into different archive formats.

Possible scenarios:
You have thousands of family and vacation photos. But you haven't yet gotten around to sort them all out, so they are all scattered across your documents, desktop, and import folders for your phone and camera.
With BRAG you can scan your entire user directory for all jpg, jpeg, tiff, raw, or whatever formats your cameras use.
There might be thumbnails folders for the same files, and these can easily be excluded from backup as well.

Capabilities:
Windows XP support and later.
Very fast scanning of millions of files.
Incremental backup.
Full paths support (32767 characters).
Easy exclusion and inclusion of individual files.
Configuration file based.
Network share support.

Non-goals:
Linux support.
Cloud/Internet/Remote server backup.
