#12 NFL Playoff support

I would like to see NFL playoff support to be able to
track picks in an office pool for playoff and
superbowl brackets. Thanks.

I made a hard attempt to get this working. I implemented
support that should have started working, but it isn't
working as I'd hoped and is buggy right now. So that I
could concentrate on providing better support for March
Madness, I've put this aside for the moment. All of the
code is in a branch in CVS if you would like to try it out.

For the moment, I've taken all of the NFL files out of the
HEAD. I don't want people to get confused and use
broken/incomplete scripts which will break the tournament app.
